We are growing approximately 100% per year. It is our ambition to become the global category leader in Learning Tools. To realize our ambitious goals we are looking for a Growth Marketeer to join our marketing department and start-up.

We are looking for an experienced, creative Growth Marketeer to join our marketing team and, next to our content- and operations manager, help prepare Easygenerator for the next phase of growth.

Your main focus will be brand and growth management, such as strategizing the Easygenerator brand and implementing the brand identity company-wide. Next to this you will be responsible to formulate and execute growth experiments and campaigns.

In a nutshell, these will be your key responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute campaigns, set up paid channels
• Strategize the Easygenerator brand and implement brand identity company-wide
• Formulate and execute growth experiments
• Manage freelancers (ad specialists, branding consultants, designers)
• Create and maintain buying persona

As our Growth Marketeer you ideally have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience
• Creative, team-player, hands-on and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience working within a Tech- and Start-up/scale-up environment, SaaS is a plus
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
