Job Description

We are looking for a highly energetic, pragmatic, process minded Marketing Operations Manager.

You will make sure our marketing stack is the pinnacle of lead generation and you are responsible for ensuring data quality. You will be on the lookout for new solutions to enhance the Easygenerator marketing strategy.

As a Marketing Operations Manager you will:

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure data quality in our sales and marketing systems

  • Build reports (standard and ad hoc) to provide insights on sales and marketing performance

  • Optimize our marketing automation efforts: Nurture flows, integrations.

  • Manage our infrastructure stack and integrations

    • Hubspot

    • Salesforce

    • Website

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Hubspot and Salesforce integrations

  • Bachelor or master level

  • 2+ years experience in a B2B environment in a similar role

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability and natural drive to analyze large sets of data and making them digestible

  • Well versed in setting up and/or connecting technical systems such as Zapier, Excel, Salesforce, Hubspot

  • Skilled in building reports, an eye for recognizing data patterns and foreshadow trends in the future

  • A strong focus on processes

  • You are flexible and get energy from working in a constantly changing environment

  • You are a self-starter that likes to dive in and get their hands dirty - learn by doing!
