General Characteristics (Job Summary)

• In-charge and Supervise, manage and support subcontractor to proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specification under safe condition.
• The in-charge of building in each discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and approve construction execution plan (safety and quality policy, manpower/equipment mobilization plan, temporary facility plan, material control plan, etc.) from subcontractors.
• Prepare construction execution plan(safety and quality policy, construction schedule and budget management, subcontractor management strategy, etc.) and gets approval from CM in advance to construction implementation.
• Review, approve and/or manage all letters and construction documents(Daily, Weekly, Monthly report, Work Order, Method Statement, Material Approval Request, Work Permit, Letter, etc.) from/to subcontractor.
• In-charge and Supervise and ensure safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department.
• Supervise and ensure construction quality in accordance with project specification and ITP(Inspection and Test Plan).
• Ensure necessary construction drawings and materials in advance of construction implementation.
• Manage construction progress by checking daily, weekly and monthly work done quantities.
• Prepare and reviews daily, weekly and monthly construction report.
• Manage construction productivity to the maximum.
• Prepare and reviews construction M/S(Method Statement) based on specification and requirements.
• Record B/P (Best Practice) and L/L (Lessons Learned).
• In-charge and Coordinate with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues.
• Review and understand Subcontract Agreement (Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions, Definition and Measurement) and manages claim from/to subcontractors.
• Perform final settlement with subcontractors.
• Plan and revise construction schedule according to the overall project schedule and site condition.
• Evaluate and prepare reports for the construction progress and programs.
• Communicate with client consistently to discuss and resolve any construction issues.
• Organize and manage construction organization for own discipline.
• Educate and train juniors consistently.
• Prepare JSA or Equivalent Documents based on specification and requirements.

Experience

• Construction experience in an oil / gas / petrochemical or power plants as supervisor.
• Engineering and Construction Company working experience in Middle East is preferred.

Knowledge

• Professional knowledge in construction management and engineering standards.
• Computer application ability(MS Office)
