Job Summary
Responsible for order management of domestic and import orders for local and overseas projects, integration and coordination of project procurement performances, and dealing with project management and client.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a procurement engineer specially for procurement system for the assigned project.
• Generating Purchase order in ERP system (SAP)
• Handling Samsung E&A Engineering Procurement System (Procurement Workplace) to manage actual progress for delivery of goods to project site
• Input data of material delivery status including inquiry / expediting / inspection / logistics to Procurement System
• Managing vendor’s invoices and bonds using ERP system (SAP) on-time, considering cash flow
• Supporting for other activities requested for procurement management team. 

Experience

• Experience in procurement or project coordination within EPC projects is prefered

Knowledge

• Experience in SAP or other ERP system operation is prefered
• Excellent communication and management skills with proven ability of leadership.
• Competent skill in Excel or similar document work.
