General Characteristic (Job Summary)

• Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse to support the operations of the site's oil and gas industry.

Role and Responsibilities

• Confirm material location for each specification.
• Pick material to issue construction team.
• Move material to issue construction team.
• Check balance material quantity for periodic.
• Confirm the quantity and integrity of the construction material.
• Perform and manage issuing material to construction team after confirm issue slip.
• Clean and check the material during storing in warehouse.
• Manage material report (MRR, RIR, ESDR, MLDC) records.
• Control material requesting and issue slip records.
• Maintain the status of receiving and sending letters.
• Work with relevant departments to handle pending issues.

Experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse related function in oil and gas industry.

Technical and Behavioral Competency

• Familiarity with warehouse management software and tools.
• Knowledge of materials and supplies used in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
