General Characteristics (Job Summary)

• Key role of Commissioning field activities in Engineering & Construction Project
• Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start Up activities in Field & Control Room.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Management & Coordination for Pre-commissioning Sub-contractors.
• Prepare the RFQ (Request for Quotation) Documentations.
• Review Contract.
• Claim control for Sub-contractors.
• Sub-contractor’s invoices for payment control.
• Incoming / Outgoing correspondence control.
• Sub-contractor’s weekly progress Control & Reporting.

Experience

• Project based commissioning experience gained within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry
• Knowledge.
• Knowledge on overall commissioning.
• Excellent communication and management skills with proven ability of leadership.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and knowledge of international standard used in engineering is necessary.
