Job Description

This role acts as the primary guardian of product standards, managing quality from raw materials to final shipping.


• End-to-End Quality Control: Manage and enforce standards for IQC (Incoming), PQC (Process), and OQC (Outgoing) quality rules.
• Engineering Change Management: Oversee ECN (Engineering Change Notices) to ensure product technology updates are implemented correctly.
• Defect Analysis: Analyze "Worst Defects" and implement PPM (Parts Per Million) management to reduce failure rates.
• Security & Compliance: Manage server room security (entrant control) and oversee material disposal and scrap activities.
• RMA & Vendor Management: Inspect RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) defects and manage claims with vendors through the GCSP system.
• Partner Collaboration: Provide business consultation with KD (Knock-Down) partners regarding product technology and BOM creation.


Essential Skills: 
• Expert knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and upload.
• Experience in RF-CAL troubleshooting and IMEI management.
• Strong communication skills in English and proficient Computer Literacy skills.
 

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing (Electronics/Mobile preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Industrial or Systems Engineering preferred).

Additional Information

• Mobility: The role requires regular visits to the Factory for audits and line support.
