Job Description
This role bridges the gap between technical data systems and physical factory workflows to ensure maximum organizational efficiency.
• System Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot MES/ERP systems, including local KDMES and GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) for logistics tracking.
• Process Auditing: Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and respond to raw material or process quality issues.
• New Model Preparation: Manage PGM (Program) management for new models, including "Work Map" changes and small-scale PGM management.
• Inventory & Logistics: Core management of inventory reports, daily production reports, and SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) kit ordering and planning.
• Warehouse Integration: Oversee material warehouse management and the flow of work-in-progress (WIP) departments.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proficiency in Odin PGM and factory execution software.
• Experience in RMA response and VOC (Voice of Customer) issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills in English and proficient Computer Literacy.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in process management or industrial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Industrial or Systems Engineering preferred).
Additional Information
Mobility: The role requires regular visits to the Factory to ensure system compliance.
