Job Description

Key Objectives: 

The AI Marketing Manager will lead the integration and strategic use of Generative AI across Samsung’s MX marketing operations in Saudi Arabia. This pioneering role bridges creative marketing and advanced technology driving innovation, automation, and personalization to elevate campaign impact and customer engagement. 

The position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring Samsung remains a front-runner in adopting AI-driven marketing practices across the GCC region. 
 

Position Responsibilities: 

1. Generative AI Strategy & Innovation 

  • Define and execute the Generative AI roadmap for MX marketing, aligning with HQ and RHQ digital transformation goals. 

  • Identify and champion new AI use cases in content creation, campaign optimization, and customer engagement. 

  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies to ensure Samsung’s leadership in AI-enabled marketing. 

  • Develop governance frameworks for ethical, compliant, and efficient use of Generative AI tools. 

  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Digital teams to ensure alignment with company standards. 

2. Creative Content Development 

  • Produce and oversee AI-generated creative assets including social media visuals, short-form videos, and copywriting. 

  • Manage the entire creative workflow from ideation, prompt engineering, and testing to delivery. 

  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all AI-generated content. 

  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams (e.g., Cheil, Digital, and E-Store) to ensure timely execution of assets. 

  • Continuously refine content using performance data and A/B testing insights. 

3. Data & Audience Intelligence 

  • Utilize AI-driven analytics tools to uncover consumer insights, predict trends, and optimize audience targeting. 

  • Leverage data models to personalize marketing messages and improve engagement metrics. 

  • Translate analytical outputs into clear actions for marketing optimization and ROI improvement. 

  • Drive KPI tracking (CTR, conversion rate, engagement, and retention) for all AI-led campaigns. 

4. Training & Team Enablement 

  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on AI in marketing; upskill the wider marketing team through workshops and enablement sessions. 

  • Create toolkits and best-practice guides for integrating AI into daily operations. 

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging responsible AI adoption. 

  • Support leadership in building an AI-ready marketing infrastructure and mindset. 

 

Essential skills and experience: 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within digital marketing, creative technology, or AI-integrated roles. 

  • Proven hands-on experience in Generative AI content production and data-driven marketing campaigns. 

  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Jasper, or equivalent). 

  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital media, social campaigns, and audience segmentation. 

  • Analytical expertise with marketing data tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems). 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts into actionable business insights. 

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and creative problem-solving abilities. 

  • Demonstrated leadership in introducing or scaling new technologies within marketing teams. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media. 

  • Master’s degree preferred (Marketing, AI, or Digital Transformation). 

  • Recognized certification in Generative AI, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics is advantageous.
