Job Description

  • Create engaging and creative TikTok content to support marketing campaigns and program initiatives.
  • Plan, produce, and publish content across various social media platforms.
  • Develop content ideas aligned with brand messaging, audience preferences, and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in creating storyboards and content concepts for short-form video production.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance (views, engagement, reach) to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and awareness of social media trends.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and content styles.
  • Basic knowledge of TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
