Job Description
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules, based on the target audience.
- Develop and distribute communication materials such as publications, press releases, website/platform content, speeches, social media messages, e-newsletters, and other marketing materials that communicate the SDO’s activities, particularly new initiatives.
- Establish, manage, and maintain effective relationships and communications with media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), and third-party agencies for collaboration on various campaigns; collate analytics and maintain media databases and records of media coverage; regularly track and gain insights into competitors’ strategies as input for further planning.
- Seek opportunities to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to School Development Outreach & Guru Binar’s domain, cultivate new leads and business expansion, and coordinate publicity events as required.
- Assume responsibility for developing new and/or supporting existing partnership initiatives to expand portfolios and build networks with potential stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in Marketing Communications and Partnership roles
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation scheduling
- Proven expertise in social media engagement and the development and publication of professional communication materials, including press releases and marketing collateral
- Established experience and professional network with media contacts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
- Documented track record of driving traffic, generating qualified leads, and supporting business expansion initiatives
- Strong collaborative abilities with demonstrated leadership competencies
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally
