To plan, implement, monitor and control the offering of foundation courses for the degree programs offered by the FET. Working closely with Dean and the faculty members, to deliver the program using appropriate teaching and learning and assessment methods, affecting any necessary modifications, communicating information to students. To monitor and develop faculty members for qualified teaching, to achieved high standard of output of research and community services.

• To provide leadership and create enthusiasm for teaching among faculty members of the program.
• To develop teamwork and balance the strength of individuals, allocating responsibilities as appropriate.
• To define and develop program curriculum, policy, priorities and schemes of work regularly and to monitor their implementation, setting program target as necessary, working within the vision and mission of Faculty and SU and in line with educational developments nationally.
• To monitor the work of lecturers, ensuring that they are following the correct syllabi and adhering to the policies.
• To ensure that the program is up to date with the implementation of SU and DIKTI policies.
• To promote a high standard of teaching within the program, monitoring academic standards and ensuring with others that the students’ learning is effective and continuous, enabling them to achieve the best result of which they are capable.
• To make appropriate arrangements for classes in each semester and communicate with Academic Registry.
• To disseminate relevant information which was discussed during the meetings to Faculty members.
• To deliver teaching and learning which stimulate student interest and involvement in learning.
• To ensure sufficient number of research and community service activities within the program as part of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

• Applicants must have earned a Doctoral degree in related field from a reputable and recognized university on or before the start date of employment 
• English proficiency in oral and written communication is required.  All classes are taught entirely in English.
• Academic rank of Assistant Professor (Lektor) or higher preferred.
• Area of expertise (preferably interdisciplinary): Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, Distributed Systems, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Systems, Digital Transformation.
• Minimum 4 years of university-level teaching experience.
• Minimum 3 years involvement in accreditation processes (e.g., BAN-PT, LAM INFOKOM, or international accreditation bodies)
• Demonstrated research output (Scopus-indexed publications preferred).
• Experience in curriculum development aligned with OBE (Outcome-Based Education).
