Job Description

Leads Management & Inquiry Handling

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students via WhatsApp, email, and website forms.
  • Record, organize, and recap lead data in the system for reporting and tracking.
  • Forward qualified leads to Admissions or relevant teams for follow-up.
  • Monitor inquiry response timelines to help improve conversion from lead to enrollment.

CRM Execution (WhatsApp & Email Blast)

  • Assist in preparing and sending WhatsApp and email campaigns.
  • Support audience segmentation and ensure correct targeting of campaigns.
  • Track basic campaign performance (open rates, click rates, response rates).

Website Content Management

  • Update and maintain website content via CMS (articles, banners, landing pages).
  • Ensure links, forms, and key pages remain functional and up to date.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors or internal IT when technical fixes are required.

SEO Support

  • Review and proofread articles before publication to align with basic SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, formatting).
  • Support SEO implementation based on recommendations from the marketing/agency team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field (fresh graduates with internship/experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing support, lead handling, or administrative roles is a plus.
