The Social Media Officer/Staff will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for Sampoerna University and Putera Sampoerna Foundation. This position will focus on content production, planning, and managing a team of freelancers to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience within the education sector. On top of that, this position needs to manage and collaborate with the stakeholders such as Academic, Faculties, Student Recruitment, Lecturers/Teachers, Students/Parents and other relevant stakeholders. This position will report directly to Social Media Executive.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing freelancers or external vendors is a plus.
