We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Technical requierements: Ruby, Rails 2, Rails 3, Sinatra, MYSQL and Front End work as well (Javascript, jquery, CSS, HTML), Java, PHP

5+ years total work experience

3+ years Ruby on Rails Development experience

3+ years' experience participating in development teams following the Agile leadership style

Previous experience with US companies

Advance english level

Working with distributed software teams

Entrepreneurial spirit

Great soft skills
