Our customers are stylists, salons, cosmetology schools and barber shops. Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative. 

 

As a main point of contact for our customers and sales representatives, a CSR typical day includes handling incoming calls to place and process orders through our distribution center.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receive calls from customers and sales consultants (approximately 60 calls per day)
  • Accurately enter orders using excellent customer service
  • Answer customer’s questions on products and distribution.
  • Provide solutions/recommendations & up-sell products utilizing superior product knowledge.
  • Promote daily/weekly/monthly specials
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects & duties (catalog/sample mailings, brochures, warehouse, etc.) to support team members & grow our business.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have:

  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer service role required
  • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Determination and drive to succeed
  • Eagerness to learn all aspects of our business
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • A sincere customer service attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively on all levels
  • Ability to meet customer’s needs and resolve challenges

  • Interest in beauty industry
  • Computer literate – MS Office, internet navigation & order entry experience
  • Sit & stand for extended periods; assist in distribution operations: squat, bend, kneel, and lift 5-50lbs occasionally.
  • Travel for sales ride alongs & special events, training, etc.: local/regional 5%-10% of time
