Our home office and distribution center is located in Springfield, Missouri with stores and training centers in Kansas City MO, St. Louis MO, St. Peters, MO, Tulsa OK, Oklahoma City OK, Moore OK, Memphis, TN, Nashville, TN, Louisville, KY and various locations in Texas.

Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for a Retail Store Manager  for our facility located in Kansas City Missouri.

This position is responsible for ensuring a high quality store and teammate performance, while increasing sales and modeling exceptional customer service.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Provide excellent Customer Service including the ability to function as a role model, ensuring the customer is always top priority.
  • Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and proper display techniques
  • Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines and follow-up on all activities within the store
  • Challenge and motivate employees
  • Effectively communicate with store team, Director of Stores, Outside Sales Team and Home Office
  • Day to day operations of store including inventory management, cash management, and general retail store functions

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have an attitude of ownership of your store, a superior customer service attitude and confidence in one's abilities.


Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer service, communication and organization skills
  • (1) year minimum supervisory experience in a retail setting
  • Working knowledge of inventory management
  • Store merchandise experience 
  • Salon Industry knowledge and interest
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to meet customer's needs and resolve challenges
  • Present a professional appearance

This is salary paid position with quarterly and yearly bonus opportunities.  Our stores are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 830am-500pm, Thursdays 830am-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-1pm.  This position will require work on a weekend occasionally and occasional travel.
