Job Description

Join Salomon as a Shopper Marketing Executive (Digital / Key Accounts) and play a key role in delivering impactful omnichannel campaigns across Spain. Acting as a core member of the Marketing team, you will help execute brand strategies across e-tailers, KA, and key retail partners as well as be involved in the digital strategy. 

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of marketing and sales, working closely with Key Account Managers, agencies, and external partners to bring campaigns to life and ensure excellence in execution. You will contribute to strengthening Salomon’s presence across digital and retail touchpoints while ensuring performance tracking and continuous optimization. 

You will also play a key role in analyzing campaign effectiveness, managing budgets, and ensuring that all activations are aligned with both local market needs and global brand strategy. 

 

Your Main Responsibilities 

1. Omnichannel Marketing Planning & Execution 

  • Plan and execute ad-hoc marketing plans, both online and offline, for key accounts, sportstyle field accounts and e-tailers 

  • Ensure an omnichannel approach in line with the brand’s international strategy 

2. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Work closely with SAM/KAM, agencies, clients, and other stakeholders to develop the most effective marketing plans 

  • Act as a key marketing interface across internal teams and external partners 

3. Partner Management & Client Interface 

  • Provide partners with all necessary marketing materials, tools, and information 

  • Act as the main marketing contact for key clients 

4. Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis 

  • Execute and monitor consumer and customer activations 

  • Analyze campaign results and measure performance 

5. Agency & Supplier Coordination 

  • Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers as well as the internal marketing team 

  • Ensure smooth coordination and high-quality execution of all activations 

6. Reporting & KPI Tracking 

  • Prepare performance reports and track key KPIs 

  • Ensure accurate and consistent reporting across activities 

7. Digital, E-commerce & CRM Support 

  • Support local e-commerce, digital, and CRM initiatives 

  • Ensure alignment and consistency across digital touchpoints 

Qualifications

Skills & Experience 

  • 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or digital marketing 

  • Experience in FMCG, sports, retail, or e-commerce environments 

  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer behavior 

  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders 

  • Good knowledge of campaign performance tracking and KPIs 

  • Budget management experience 

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) 

  • Experience with reporting and digital tools 

  • Fluent Spanish and English 

  • Highly organized with strong planning skills  

  • Team player with strong collaboration mindset 

  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Strong commercial awareness and proactive attitude 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively 

 

Additional Information

  • Full-time position based in Spain 

  • Temporary contract (6-months) 

  • Start date: Mid-September
