Job Description
As Marketing Manager – EMEA Export, you will lead the implementation of omnichannel marketing and communication strategies across the EMEA Export region. The role supports and coordinates with third‑party distributors and partners to drive brand visibility and sell‑through for Amer Sports brands: Salomon, Wilson, and Atomic.
You will act as the key link between global brand marketing teams and local export distributors, ensuring global priorities are adapted and executed effectively at local level.
- Act as the main interface between Amer Sports global brand marketing teams and EMEA Export distributors
- Implement omnichannel marketing campaigns across the EMEA Export territory, focusing on priority markets (Europe, Turkey, GCC, Israel, Greece, Africa, Kazakhstan, Serbia)
- Localize global marketing strategies and campaigns to fit local market needs, in collaboration with distributors
- Develop, monitor, and assess local sell‑through strategies with export partners
- Plan, manage, and monitor the EMEA Export marketing budget in line with strategic priorities
- Coordinate and assess local communication plans, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market maturity
- Align local sports marketing, ambassador programs, and events with global brand guidelines
- Guide and support local marketing contributors on retail, trade, D2C, and wholesale campaigns and assets
- Support and oversee distributor‑led social media strategies; manage quarterly execution and performance reports
- Ensure compliance of local websites and social media platforms with brand policies and e‑commerce standards
- Coordinate e‑commerce and cybersecurity projects with internal IT teams and external partners
- Co‑lead seasonal distributor meetings with the Commercial team to present marketing priorities and commercial initiatives
- Report marketing KPIs, progress, and insights to the EMEA Export Director
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing
- Strong experience in marketing oversight across multiple markets - EMEA preferred
- Experience working with distributors or local market partners
- Proven ability to localize global marketing strategies for regional execution
- Experience managing omnichannel marketing initiatives (including digital, retail, and social media)
- Budget planning and monitoring experience
- Capability to assess, review, and evaluate local marketing performance
