THIS AWAITS YOU:

• Co-organization and implementation of various events
• Management of event materials
• Graphic design of marketing materials, creation of advertisements and posts for social media channels
• Support for athlete and brand ambassador management
• Taking over and supporting individual projects
• Administrative and organizational tasks.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE:

1. Provide timely and effective operative marketing support with short-term planning horizon. May have additional support responsibilities as requested by superiors.

2. Respond effectively and efficiently to internal and external enquiries and escalate queries where required. Utilize own area systems and tools efficiently.

3. Actively and professionally collaborate both with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in different development projects as a team member. Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations.

YOUR PROFILE:

• German: fluent & mandatory
• Studies in the fields of economics, graphics, marketing, sports, or similar
• PC skills required (MS Office); Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in German & English, both spoken and written
• Good planning & organizational skills
• Team spirit, openness, flexibility, and independence
• Interest in sports
• Class B driver’s license, willingness to travel up to 10%
