Description du poste

As a Junior CMF (Color, Material, Finish) Footwear Intern, you will support the design team in researching and applying innovative CMF concepts for upcoming footwear collections. You will gain hands-on experience in CMF development and learn industry-standard processes in color trend forecasting, materials selection, and product finishing techniques. 

👟 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in creating CMF design concepts aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends. 

  • Support in material research, sample preparation, and organizing color/material libraries. 

  • Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and quality standards. 

  • Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions. 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Fashion, Textiles, or a related field. 

  • Basic knowledge of color theory, materials, and finishes; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about color and materials in footwear. 

  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creatively in a collaborative environment.

📍 An internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory
