Join our customer service team, where you'll deliver efficient and consistent service from start to finish, supported by your expertise and enthusiasm. Your role will include:

  • Providing excellent proactive customer service by building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring all customer needs are met and opportunities maximized by accurately interpreting and actioning instructions and requests.
  • Processing customer orders accurately in our IT systems, meeting all SLAs, and upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Taking ownership of all orders to ensure they are completed on time and in full, keeping customers informed professionally and honestly.
  • Establishing and maintaining good communication channels with customers and colleagues to address any problems and issues.
  • Achieving individual and team targets, objectives, and personal development goals.
  • Supporting colleagues as needed and identifying opportunities to enhance existing practices.

Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluency in Danish (or Norwegian) and English
  • IT Skills: Good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Be able to work well as part of a team whilst also having the ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
    • Strong customer focus
