You will play a key role supporting Salomon in building product range and assortments that inspire and meet our global customer needs. We offer different internships within the same team with two different focuses, one being Data analytics and planning driven and the second one focus on visual execution of our plan, to help to team to take the best business decision and drive performance.

Your main mission will be :

• Helping with the quantitative/qualitative analysis of the previous or ongoing season performances (Assortment / KS / Marketing focus)
• Supporting in the creation of Assortment tools, by taking design images in CAD and manipulating them into other visual tools for the merchandising team
• Supporting in the important milestone presentation preparation (Power point)
• Showroom set up at the ADC (Annecy Design Center) to support pre-line or sell-in appointments with customers
• Support in organization of Fashion show / models coordination / room set up during global sales launch.
• In parallel, the trainee will also participate in projects entrusted by the company's management (event organization).

🎓 Your skills:

• Education: Business school or similar specialization in Marketing at Master's degree level
• Soft skills:
  • Organized, proactive, creative team worker and ability to work in a fast/dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in multinational teams.
  • Result orientation and ability to prioritize.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language(s): Excellent standard of English; good standard of French
• IT Skills: Proficient in Excel/Canva/Keynote/Illustrator or Visual tool / Power Point
