Job Description

We are looking for a IT Infrastructure & Services Manager W/M to: 

  • Manage, lead, coordinate and supervise an "IT infrastructures and services" unit to reach the targets set in the context of the strategy defined for the unit and to make sure a policy of internal and outsourced activities is observed.

You will work in close collaboration with our Management, managers, subsidiaries, GPO, GPE departments.

You will report directly to the ESS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION DIRECTOR.

 

Main Activities:

  • Propose and implement strategic technical choices

  • Ensure overall team performance by defining the objectives and optimizing allocation of resources

  • Propose and implement technical elements using internal or external specifications

  • Work with management to anticipate changes in client needs and transform these into new technical directions

  • Organize contracts and purchases related to maintenance, licenses, back up, equipment, etc.

  • Adapt organization to changes in tasks, technologies and work methods

  • Identify and anticipate technological developments that can generate savings or be more efficient for the company and convincing others of the pertinence of these choices

  • Ensure that the team’s technical skills are maintained and developed

  • Apply maximum availability of the departments under his responsibility

  • Define, approve and monitor the budget

 

Perimeter:

  •  IT Service, infrastructure & device management for around 1500 end users

  • Client software and hardware strategy and tooling for Amer sports

  • IT Operation for Retail stores (Strategy, Standards, procurement, support)

Qualifications

 

  • Needed Work Experience: 10 years of professional experience

  • Education: 5 year degree course

  • Specific Skills: 

    • IT Infrastructure knowledge

    • Adequate experience in project management

    • High-level communication skills

    • Autonomy and team work in daily business

    • Ability to evaluate risks and set priorities

    • Ability to manage emergency cases

    • Readiness to work in multi-cultural teams

    • Business process, priorities and organization understanding

  • Foreign Language(s): Fluent French and English skills (CERCL C1.1 minimum)

  • Other Specific Transversal Skills: rigor, organization, autonomy, good social skills, priority sense, confidentiality, ability to adapt
