Saint Therese of New Hope, a multi-campus, non-profit, spiritual based health care organization, is seeking a manager for our residence dining. The New Hope location has a full continuum of care with about 275 independent and assisted living apartments, which the residence dining are serves.

Saint Therese of New Hope is currently seeking a part time Licensed Practical Nurse to work ony weekends (WOW). This includes 3 out of 4 weekends per month. A weekend shift consists of both Saturday and Sunday. Flexibility is preferred.

Duties: Works under direction of residence nursing manager to provide services for nursing clients, respond to tenant emergencies and medical concerns.

2.Performs Client Care.

3.Serves as back-up for specific repsonsibilities of other positions.

4.Assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.

5.Performs all job functions within State and Federal regulations.

6.Performs other related duties as assigned.

MUST be a current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

One to Three years LTC Long Term Care or Home Health or Assited Living Facility.

Strong understanding of and interest in Pallative/Hospice care.

Professional behavior and attitude

Demonstrated ability to make appropriate professional judgments

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Working knowledge of personal computers and related software

Ability to follow direction of Supervisor
