Position: FileNet Admin
Location: Malvern, PA
Job Description:
. Oracle Database: SQL tools
. Java/J2EE Skills
. Experience with VB/.Net technology (desired)
. willingness to learn new technologies
. Understanding of ISRA & HPII and their interaction with Imaging Services
. FileNet IDM Desktop (Installation & Troubleshooting)
. Experience with Capture products (Capture, DataCap are desirable)
. Experience with C coding
Role Description:
. In-depth hands on experience with FileNet Image Services Administration and troubleshooting (currently using 4.1.2 FP 22 and ISTK (4.1 FP6))
. Ability to Identify, analyze, and resolve various problems relating to FileNet system components
. Strong Comm skills to coordinate with the vendor for troubleshooting issues via PLMR process
. Understanding of FileNet P8.5.1 Process Engine and Content Engine and relevant content engine APIs installation and patching process
. Undersatnding of WorkPlace XT & Content Navigator (desired) and their applications
. Scripting skills (Perl, Korn, Windows Scripting desired)
. Working experience in UNIX, Red Hat, Linux and desktop environments desirable
. Administration of user security via Xapex, Document Class creation and other related administration
. Troubleshooting of various issues relating to Document imports, cache and storage management/user access related issues
