We are building a marketplace that enables b2b software vendors to identify, validate, and iterate their product and go-to-market strategies directly with target technology buyers & end-users in a non-sales setting. The Sagetap platform combines access to these practitioners with a suite of SaaS tools to help software vendors collect, analyze, and take action on non-customer sentiment in a meaningful way.

Job Description

At Sagetap, we believe in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their unique needs and connecting them with the right technology executives. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team, dedicated to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Applying strong problem-solving skills, you will anticipate client needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. Managing client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention is key, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. Additionally, you will prioritize and manage multiple client accounts and projects, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in G-suite.

Additional Information

This role is a remote position, and can be based in any location. Since our distributed team works primarily across US time zones, US-based applicants are preferred.
