We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Sales professional to bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with excellent communication and sales skills to support customers throughout the entire sales process—from initial contact to solution implementation.
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Present and demonstrate products and software solutions to prospective clients
- Provide technical consultation and support during the sales process
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product management, and support)
- Support customers during onboarding and initial implementation phases
- Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
- Track sales activities and opportunities within CRM/ERP systems
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings
Qualifications
- Degree or technical background in engineering, carpentry, construction, IT, or a related field
- Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of technical products, ideally in software or construction technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and structured way
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CAD/CAM, BIM, or prefabrication/offsite construction solutions
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- International sales experience is a plus
