We are building the backbone for modern timber construction. As Product Owner, you will translate customer pains into a clear roadmap and orchestrate integrations between our ERP, MES and CAD systems. Your work will drive measurable outcomes from design to shop floor to installation.

Job Description

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the timber construction ERP domain.
  • Lead discovery with customers and internal teams; define problems, validate solutions, and set success metrics.
  • Specify Epics and User Stories with crisp acceptance criteria
  • Design and steward interfaces across ERP, MES and CAD
  • Build the product strategy toolkit: Ideal Customer Profile, personas, empathy maps, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, and Impact Mapping to align epics and outcomes.
  • Operate in a scaled environment (SAFe): prepare PI objectives, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure transparency.
  • Establish outcome-oriented KPIs (adoption, time-to-value, quality, cycle time) and use them to guide prioritization.

Qualifications

Industry & process knowledge

  • 3–5+ years in ERP in DACH; industry machinery, construction, woodworking, or related manufacturing know-how is a plus.
  • Construction-specific estimating, quotation, site measurement, invoicing, and post-calculation.
  • Deep understanding of BOM/BoQ (Bills of Materials and Bills of Quantities) and parameterized variants; cross-project-purchasing

Product ownership & methods

  • Hands-on with ICP, personas, empathy maps, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Impact Mapping, and Design Thinking.
  • Strong requirement definition, story slicing, and acceptance criteria; value-based prioritization backed by evidence.
  • Experience with SAFe and Scrum in multi-team settings.
  • Product management and go-to-market collaboration, including price-performance analysis and competitive intelligence.

Business & technical literacy

  • Comfort discussing P&L impact, contribution margin, COGS, and business models with finance and leadership.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub Enterprise), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and test tooling (TestPlans).
  • Fluent German and English; Danish is a plus; excellent stakeholder facilitation across product, customers, engineering, and operations.
