As the Center of Competence for vertical form, fill, and seal machines within the Syntegon Group, our Weert facility develops and manufactures intelligent, sustainable technologies for packaging a wide range of food and non-food products. Our portfolio includes both stand-alone machines and system solutions.

In the basic phase, you will get a clear picture of Syntegon's scope and you will gain insight into the cooperation between the various departments on location, other Syntegon branches and the head office. This gives you a good and broad picture of what is going on in the workplace on a daily basis.

In the orientation phase, you will work within controlling and gain experience within the department.

In the final in-depth phase, you will be trained in the tasks that you will take on after your training period that matches your abilities and ambition.

During the traineeship, you will go through an extensive training program aimed at your own personal development and effectiveness.

To maintain the steep learning curve that we expect from you as a trainee, you will be intensively guided in your development by the plant controller.

• Completed HBO or Master's degree in Business Economics / Controlling.

• 0-2 years of work experience. We would like to see a role in which you have taken the lead reflected in your profile.

• You are pragmatic and you have both feet on the ground. You are self-aware and are able to reflect on your own behavior.

• With your winning mentality, you go for the best result.

• Your enthusiasm and positive approach ensure that you can convey ideas well and that you easily get others on board. You like to take the lead and are a natural leader.

• You have not been idle during your studies. In addition to an explainable study pace, we would also like to see at least one practical experience within the chosen field reflected in your CV, such as relevant part-time jobs, internships, your own business
