The Syntegon Technology Services location in Raleigh, North Carolina is the headquarters of the North American Service Hub of Syntegon, which concentrates on the customer's unique requirements.

Job Description

Summary 

The Project Coordinator/Sales Support will function as a key member of the Pharma Solid (PHS) group by coordinating PHS import projects, supporting our customers, and collaborating on the stock machine strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall project coordination of customer projects in the Americas Region from PO, FAT, SAT and warranty period.
  • Support sales, process customer inquiries and RFQ’s in an efficient responsive manner.
  • Proactively manage and continuously improve internal and cross-functional processes
  • Provide enhanced customer service by determining and assisting customer needs while providing answers in a timely manner in order to reduce customer down time
  • Coordinate assembly, testing, and shipment of equipment internally and with customers
  • Assist in maintaining accurate databases and inventories
  •  Support sales and marketing team with coordinating PHS machines for tradeshows and events

 

 

 

  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  •  2+ years' experience with customer service 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally from time to time

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering
  • Strong interpersonal as well as strong communication skills
  •  Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Project coordination experience
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Suite and ERP's such as SAP
