Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Field Service) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, Pakistan and Australia / New Zealand.
We are expanding our Engineering team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced internal sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries.

Job Description
- Manage General Accounting activities, including Accounts receivable (AR)Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL).
- Provide general administrative support for finance, handling accounting functions and data entry.
- Prepare payments for third parties and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual/year-end tax filings and ensure compliance with government statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage financial reporting and the general ledger structure, ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Prepare monthly and year-end closing financial statements.
- Perform system month-end tasks and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Perform TP documents local file.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data, preparing financial reports and statements.
- Conduct inventory reconciliations and inventory closing processes.
- Support and liaise with external and internal auditors.
- Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Ensure finance and accounting operations comply with internal controls.
- Coordinate and support the head office for project implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance and accounting, working experience in multinational company environments
- Good experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred) and MS Office
- Good experience on Tax knowledge, IFRS, Local GaaP
- English, both spoken and written
- Understand and can communicate in Thai
- Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
