Drive service team to maximize service business at the lowest possible costs for the assign region.
Strongly development Service Product together with team to grow service business in APAC
Manage well per Service Hubs per business plan .
Improve / develop internal process to make sure customer’s requirement can be handled smoothly and timey within company .
Development Org./people in order to match business requirement at regular way .
Strengthen /smoothen cooperation with New Machines sales .
Coordination / cooperation with New machine manufacture sites .

At least 10 years of service working experience in manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical/food processing/chemical processing/ general packaging is preferred; including 6 years’ team management experience with internal background .
Successful Experience with P&L responsibility .
Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering and related mayor.
Good communication. Proficient both in oral and written English.
Initiative, good analytical skills and decision-making.
Can accept frequent traveling and work under pressure.
