Job Description

The position

The main task is to strengthen the company’s leading position in the field of technology for the pharmaceutical and medical industry. In this position, you will gain an independent field of responsibility in collaboration with the Global organization. You will set goals and strategic initiatives to obtain increased sales to existing and new customers.

Expectations

We expect that you have experience with the different stages in sales projects and have achieved independent documented results of your sales abilities. Furthermore, you understand the complexity of solution selling. As a person, you are outgoing and prefer direct customer contact. You always follow up on agreements made and master the ability to create and sustain continuous long-term working relationships with your customers in the market. In addition, trust and credibility are the key denominators, which define your character.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with B2B sales and marketing
  • Strong commercial experience supplemented with a technical background/understanding
  • Previous experience from the medical industry would be beneficial, but not a must
  • Technical interest and an understanding of machines and technology
  • You master the English language in writing and oral on a high level. Any other main language is an advantage

Personal qualifications:

  • Result oriented and structured approach, who can communicate technical messages to customers and colleagues
  • Share experiences and can contribute positively to the success of the sales team with your drive
  • Outbound sales prospecting experience
  • Excellent business understanding and negotiation experience
  • Ability to sell messages in a convincing and sympathetic manner
  • A good networker with the ability to create long-term relations
  • Ability to acquire technical knowledge and capable of solution finding
