Aim of the role:                           

Providing Administrative Support to Syntegon Technology Egypt office.

Job Description

Functions:

-  Admin Support: Flight tickets, Visa issuance, Hotel bookings; local transportation arrangements

-  Purchasing of various office needs, maintaining vendor master Data file and following up on payments to suppliers.

-  HR support: Associate vacation maintenance and Assistance in the selection phase for new candidates

-  Events/Seminars and Exhibitions: Negotiate with exhibition organizers; contract approval; payment, choose booth design and decoration; Prepare invitation letters to participants. Organize the event entertainment; Book hotel rooms for participants

-  Site Security and HSE documentation

Qualifications

Competencies Required:

·        University graduate

·        Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

·        Fluent in English language, German or French is an asset

·        Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally.

·        Ability to multi-task.

·        Organized

·        Flexible and willing to develop.
