Aim of this Role: 

-        Regional Order Intake (Machinery Sales) Responsible

-        Regional Sales Development and Roll Out

-        Safeguarding of consequent and proactive sales success factor implementation & management.

Job Description

·       Responsible for Order Intake (Sales Support) of Food processing and packaging machinery within assigned countries in the Middle East

·       Within this area, create a Development strategy together with Food Director and Implement it

·       Clear Focus on development of new clients

·       Assuring repeated orders from existing clients

·       Receive technical support for specifications by the CoCs and conduct contract negotiations.

·       General market research in order to find potential customers.

·       Monitoring of market trends and competitors within the focus region.

·       Following up on payment regulations. Support in preparation of offers.

·       Participation in and dealing with customers at trade fairs.

·       Prepare reports on all sales activities, in a timely fashion,

.       Respect country regulations when travelling to customer’s site.

Qualifications

Ø  University degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Ø  Good technical understanding related to the Food Packaging industry sector. 

Ø  3-4 years working experience in the sales or project management environment.

Ø  Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills.

Ø  Excellent negotiation skills. Professional appearance.

Ø  Fluent in English language is a must; French basic for communication; German language proficiency is an asset.

Ø  Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally.

Ø  Ability to handle conflicts and escalations.

Ø  Understanding of target deployment and KPI steering; Trustable and self-committed.

Ø  Flexible and willing to develop. Independent on daily business.

Ø  Willing to travel frequently (50%). Driving license and readiness to travel alone.

Ø  Additional assets: clear priority setting, team player.
