Job Description

  • As an equally experienced coach, trainer and moderator, as a change facilitator you are jointly responsible for the implementation of all measures in our culture and technology change of the “Syntegon 2025” initiative. In this role you support our changes in the realignment of Syntegon through moderation, coaching and training.
  • In cooperation with the change management team, you accompany executives in the organizational changes in their teams, groups, departments. In addition, you are operationally responsible for the implementation of change management activities in the plants, taking into account cultural differences and local conditions.
  • You will work actively as a member of the Change Core Team in various organizational change topics and provide advice on the ongoing development and implementation of the roadmap and strategy for trainings as part of a blended learning approach, including adaptation to cultural differences. As an agile coach, you will independently take care of agile implementation teams
  • You have a strong focus on implementation, are ready to travel (nationally and internationally as soon as allowed again), have a high degree of autonomy and are able to use your strengths in a global team in a goal-oriented and constructive manner. You actively shape and accompany our change and you have the opportunity to develop your own potential in our team.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in psychology, business education or business administration and relevant training with several years of professional experience in the field of organizational change management
  • In addition, you have already a professional agil or systemic Coach and change management Certification and been able to acquire well-founded experience in the planning and implementation of training courses
  • Proven theoretical and practical knowledge of agile project methodologies are also part of your portfolio
  • A high level of intercultural competence paired with a structured way of working and high quality standards are a matter of course for you
  • Organizational talent and strong communication skills as well as very good spoken and written German and English complete your profile, another foreign language would be an advantage
  • A feeling for current and digital trends in the training context, very good knowledge of MS 365 including teams and secure use of digital media, miro, confluence and other collaboration tools
