SUMMARY: Read blueprints and drawings, take measurements, plan layouts and procedures, determine welding equipment and methods based on requirements, set-up components to specifications, prepare and align parts for welding, use specialized equipment for cutting and welding various metals.

• Operate Data Collection Terminal

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess a Welding Certification or have completed 2+ years of vocational or on-the-job training in various welding methods and techniques
• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience reading blueprints and technical drawings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a manufacturing / production environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong track record of job performance and attendance
