Job Description

 The ideal candidate will possess solid organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail. 

Duties and Responsibillites:

  • General office duties.
  • Performs routine office clerical duties in support of the administrative and sales teams.
  • Acts as a receptionist; Receives and directs telephone calls and visitors.
  • Provide basic customer service for vendors and customers.
  • Sort, process and distribute incoming mail.
  • Receives incoming deliveries.
  • Able to create basic documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knows how to access and navigate through electronic databases, the Internet and e-mail systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Arrange customer and vendor events.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service role/office environment.
  • Must be able to type 40 words per minute accurately.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
  • Must be able to work with all levels of employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Must speak clear fluent English.ability is an advantage (both written and verbal)
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented.
  • Ability to function successfully with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.
