The Institute was established and approved by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation to keep pace with and meet the needs of the tourism labor market by providing qualifying and development programs that seek to upgrade the quality of service provided in tourist facilities to a global level.
 

Job Description

Trainer should be capable and experience within customer service or hospitality industry.

The vacancy is not limited to the below tasks and duties:

 •    Plan, facilitate, and deliver workshops and training programs.
•    Recommend, develop, and assist in implementation of programs designed to enable the organization to meet its objective.
•    Research & implement new training techniques, exercises, and utilize appropriate education technologies to enhance learning.
•    Implement a sustainable plan of programs.
•    Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
•    Ensure exceptional quality of service through consistent standard training, development, and coaching.
•    Develop, organize, and continually update training manuals, visual aids and other educational materials.
•    Assist in the selection of course materials, instructional equipment, and educational resources.
•    Utilize appropriate educational technology to enhance learning.
•    Research and implement new training techniques and exercises.
•    Ensure safe and efficient operations at all times.

Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationals Preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Training Experience.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a Sales or Marketing 
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and demonstrate excellent customer skills.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • The ability to deliver training through video conferencing, webinars and other online methods using software and electronic hardware.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress and give supportive and constructive feedback. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
