• Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values, company operating principles.
• Build rapport and relationships with students to encourage and motivate students.
• Develop appropriate lesson plans and goal setting.
• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring session.
• Assist with homework and projects, and review work with the student to ensure advanced comprehension of school materials and prepare the student for any upcoming teaching content, tests, or quizzes.
• Track and analyze student progress, complete progress reports, and communicate with Tutoring Coordinator about student progress.

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with American middle and high school curricula
• Passionate about education and cultural diversity
