Job Description

The Head of Montessori is responsible for leading and managing the Montessori school to ensure a high-quality educational experience for children. 

- Overseeing the implementation of the Montessori curriculum and ensuring it aligns with educational standards.
- Leading and supporting teaching staff to maintain effective teaching practices and professional development.
- Creating a nurturing and disciplined environment that fosters children's growth, independence, and love for learning.
- Managing day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with parents.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and educational regulations.
- Promoting the Montessori philosophy and values within the school community.
- Handling student discipline with fairness and consistency to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborating with staff and parents to address any concerns and support each child's development.

This role requires strong leadership, a passion for children, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of Montessori education.

    Qualifications

    • 1. A Master's degree in Education, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in educational theories and practices.
      2. A genuine love for children, showing passion and dedication to their growth, development, and well-being.
      3. Strong disciplinary skills to maintain a structured and positive learning environment, ensuring that Montessori principles are upheld effectively.
      4. Experience in Montessori education or leadership roles within early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
