Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Vice Principal Academics to join our esteemed educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our academic programs, fostering educational excellence, and driving student achievement.

  • Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic academic plans and policies
  • Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation across all grade levels
  • Lead and mentor teaching staff, promoting professional growth and innovative teaching practices
  • Analyze student performance data to inform decision-making and improve academic outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with national educational standards and regulations
  • Facilitate the integration of technology in classroom instruction and administrative processes

  • Contribute to the school's overall leadership and participate in administrative decision-making

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (required)
