Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Benin City, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare and edit various documents, including reports, memos, and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for staff members
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- First degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and customer-service oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
