We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Specialist to join our team in Benin City, Nigeria. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

• Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats
• Configure and administer various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based services and applications
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including processes, procedures, and system configurations
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as necessary

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Solid understanding of network administration, security, and troubleshooting
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python
• Familiarity with IT service management and project management methodologies
