Hypnotic Lounge and Grills 

We seek an experienced Lounge and Grill Supervisor to assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in our lounge and grill.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Assist in supervising lounge and grill staff.

2. Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient service.

3. Implement policies, procedures, and standards.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization.

CUSTOMER SERVICE 

1. Provide exceptional customer service.

2. Resolve customer complaints/concerns.

3. Foster a welcoming atmosphere.

4. Ensure staff provides excellent service. 

• Minimum academic qualification of a First degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must pay attention to details 

• Must be based in Benin City
