We seek an experienced Lounge and Grill Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lounge and grill, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and maximum profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Manage lounge and grill staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

2. Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards.

3. Implement policies, procedures, and standards for exceptional customer service.

4. Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience in this role. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Benin City.
