The Lean Engineer provides support and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes throughout the facility by improving productivity and reducing tooling costs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience
• Good problem-solving skills and use of root cause analysis and quality tools
• Experience in manufacturing environment in areas such as quality, safety, productivity, cost and continuous improvement
• Significant experience in manufacturing processes and thorough understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Project management experience
• Black Belt certification preferred
• SAP
• Microsoft Office
