Salary range: $10,327.20 - $14,577.17 per month
Job Description
The IT Application Administration Manager is responsible for the governance, planning, implementation and maintenance activities of core and business applications. This position is ensures all activities under their leadership are performed with the highest standards of attention and quality, including application troubleshooting, configuration changes, integration development and task automations. This role works closely with other technical leaders, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure all application functions and capabilities are being utilized.

Other Essential Functions
- Ensure organizational service level agreements are met by having a team of highly competent professionals trained and available to support our 24/7 financial services environment.
- Provide resource assignment, capacity planning and reporting of both internal and external resources for initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational and department strategies to move the organization forward and ensuring that individual projects are consistent with approved strategy.
- Engage in the planning, execution, implementation and hand-off of enterprise solutions, system additions, and projects.
- Drive and provide strong communication between IT groups, project managers, technical teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field required.
Certifications: Microsoft products, infrastructure, or security certifications are required.
Job Experience: Minimum of five years’ relevant system/application administration, design and implementation in a medium enterprise environment. Minimum one-year previous leadership experience and demonstrated leadership skills in delegating, facilitating change, mentoring, problem solving, and coaching required.
Software Skills: PowerShell, dashboard virtualization, workflow and automation software experience required.
Equipment Skills: Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and system communications, including technologies such as Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, VMWare, SANS, wireless, routing, and switching in a 500+ employee environment.
Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 25 pounds with accommodations.
Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to be on-call and work after hours as required.
Travel Demands: Reliable transportation required for travel within the organizational footprint.
Other: Perform additional duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the department and the organization. This includes the possibility of being assigned temporarily to other locations.
