About the Team: Reporting to the Affiliate Manager, the Affiliate Specialist will be responsible for building and managing successful relationships with affiliates and publishers, as well as recruiting new ones across different markets. The incumbent will also have the opportunity to be involved in several projects and contribute to process improvements in the affiliate team.

How To Excel In This Role: 

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Possess a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, in an Affiliate Management role with high focus on analytical and data-driven 

• Have a good knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Partnerize, Rakuten in particular) and a good understanding of Social Media and Online Advertising Tool 

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills in French and English - To communication with several Affiliate platforms for international markets

• Possess experience with influencer management, an asset
